Client Care Coordinator
The first voice families hear. You respond to new requests, schedule reviews, confirm appointments and keep every client's file organized.
- Call and text new inquiries quickly and professionally
- Manage calendars and appointment follow-up in our CRM
- Prepare client files for licensed advisors
- Strong communication and organization skills
Licensed Life Advisor
Lead discovery reviews, present coverage options and guide families through the application process, with the founder's support on complex cases.
- Active life insurance license (or licensing in progress)
- Ability to become licensed in additional states we serve
- Experience with Zoom or phone consultations
- A client-first, no-pressure approach
